Plastic centrifugal pumps

Characteristics of the vertical solution plastic centrifugal pumps.
The main characteristics of these pumps allow them to operate with almost any type of acids normally used in the chemical industry.
This solution is an ideal application for scrubbers, electroplating systems, fume reduction, contaminated liquid waste wells, deep tank emptying, seawater handling. External motors in B5 form IEC or NEMA standardised (on request).

ZPV SERIES
The ZPV process series is designed for severe use with cantilevered axis of up to 1 metre spacing. For greater spacing and up to 5 metres with the guide of special, high resistance intermediate bushings. In the motor fitting support there is an elastic joint housing and the grease-lubricated, reinforced head bearing.
The construction materials of the guide and delivery pipes are Polypropylene or PVDF®, the shaft is made in AISI 316L with covering in polyolefin heat-shrink shielding and wear bushings in Hastelloy-C®, the guide bushings are made of PTFE coated fibreglass, whereas the hydraulic parts may be in Polypropylene, PVDF® or Moplen coated fibreglass, based on the chemical-physical properties of the pumped liquid.
Vapour seal is ensured by a splash guard flange with double lip Viton Angus ring that works on a bushing in Hastelloy-C®. The lubrication of the intermediate and bottom bushings takes place by means of the very fluid that is pumped or with clean liquid from an external source in the event of substances contaminated by solids in suspension. Possible cantilevered solutions for highly contaminated liquids.

ZNV SERIES
The ZNV process series differs from the ZPV only because of the lack of the fitting support and the elastic joint. The shaft is cantilevered and the fitting to the standardised electric motor is ensured by a rigid fitting that can be disassembled and which allows quick replacement if required. The advantage is that the pump and motor shafts are two separate parts, therefore electrical maintenance is extremely simple in any part of the world. The materials and technologies used are the same as the ZPV series, therefore the reliability level is top shelf.
Our philosophy is not to sacrifice quality even in the less refined solutions.
The maximum spacing is 1 metres and a bottom filter is installed as standard, but can be eliminated on request. Dip pipes can also be mounted in order to increase the suction depth.

ZIV SERIES
Vertical pumps with construction derived from the SPV-SNV series and hydraulics made from a solid block of the ZI series standardised according to DIN EN-22858.
These hydraulics allow considerable flow rates and pressures at low speeds.
